I would highly recommend Eliott Chambers. We were in the unfortunate position of having purchased a communion dress in a different store in January for a May 2020 Communion. When we realised the dress did not fit weeks prior to the rescheduled date, the dress could not be altered or changed.
I reached out to Elliott Chambers where Suzanne and Caroline could not be more helpful. They genuinely cared and weren’t trying to just make a sale. They could not have been more comforting to my daughter who was a little upset. They showed her many of their beautiful dresses and had her feeling over the moon and beyond before she left the store.
Thank you so much for your wonderful service and caring approach....not to mention your stunning dresses.
Unfortunately the second attempt of the communion was cancelled within 24 hours of the date so we could be back again for more help!
